Soda bicarbonate <br />2 tsp. Baking powder <br />2 tsp. Cinnamon powder <br />1 tsp. Salt <br />2 cups Caster sugar <br />1 cup Walnuts, chopped <br />1½ cup Vegetable oil <br />4 Eggs <br />3 cups Carrot, grated <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. <br />2. Sieve the flour in a large bowl with soda bicarbonate, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. <br />3. Add sugar and walnuts. Mix well. <br />4.
